Asylum
What is Asylum?
If you fear returning to your home country, you may be eligible to seek asylum protection in the United States. The Immigrants’ Firm stands with individuals who have fled persecution and helps them pursue safety in the United States.
No one leaves behind their home, family, and country without a reason. For many asylum seekers, the journey to the United States begins with fear, uncertainty, and the hope of escaping persecution, violence, or oppression. Every year, nearly one million people arrive in the United States carrying more than documents and belongings. They carry stories of hardship, loss, and resilience, searching for a place where they can live without fear and build a better future for themselves and their loved ones.
Our firm is committed to standing beside individuals who have risked everything in pursuit of safety, freedom, and dignity. From preparing asylum applications and gathering critical evidence to representing clients before USCIS and Immigration Courts, we provide compassionate guidance and determined advocacy at every stage of the process. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to be heard, protected, and given the chance to rebuild their life. When hope is all that remains, we fight to turn that hope into a future.
