What is the EB-5 Visa?
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides eligible foreign investors and their qualifying family members with a pathway to lawful permanent residence in the United States through investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise. To qualify, investors must make a qualifying investment and satisfy specific program requirements, including job creation criteria established under U.S. immigration law.

Who Qualifies?
