E-2 Treaty Investors
What is an E-2 Visa?
The E-2 Treaty Investor visa allows citizens of qualifying treaty countries to enter the United States and operate a business. This visa category is a popular option for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners seeking to establish, acquire, or manage a U.S. enterprise. Successful E-2 applications require careful documentation demonstrating the source of investment funds, the viability of the business, and the applicant’s intent to direct and develop the enterprise.
Our firm guides clients through every stage of the E-2 process, including business formation, investment structuring, visa applications, renewals, and compliance matters. We work closely with investors, business owners, and brokers to develop comprehensive E-2 strategies designed to support their immigration and business objectives while minimizing delays and challenges throughout the application process.
